Indexes View | Weighing With ScaleQ

The indexes view shows the indexes that ScaleQ uses to accelerate searching and retrieve records quickly. 

Indexing is automatic. 

Different actions require different indexes. It is faster for ScaleQ to search the indexes than it is to search through each record.

Some examples:

• When you want to reprint a ticket, the system has to find it by station and ticket number. 
• When you want to retrieve a truck from the yard, the system has to find the record with a blank ticket number for that truck. 
• When you want to pick out the ticket that a truck got on its last visit, the system has to find it by truck and date, etc.
