Automated scale ticketing systems for bulk material weighing.

Remote ticket printer kiosk

We offer a broad variety of truck weighing software and hardware designed to simplify and expedite your scale house operations.

You can set up automated vehicle identification by keypad, bar code, proximity card or radio frequency ID. Attended and unattended transactions may be processed simultaneously on one system. Multiple scale operation with single attendant doubles your capacity.

We understand the importance of being able to process secure, accurate transactions during and even after normal scale house operations.

Vehicles equipped with Radio Frequency Transponders or tags, can be read by the RF tag reader mounted adjacent to each scale. Each tag is assigned within a truck record in the ScaleQ database. As the truck boards the scale, the reader identifies the tag code and searches the ScaleQ database for the corresponding truck record. ILS' scale ticketing system retrieves the transaction file and prints a ticket completely automated. This can all be done without the participation of, or presence of a scale attendant.

With hardware products such as our remote data terminal, remote ticket printer, digital signature and image capture functionality permits the driver to sign for transactions. This is then stored in the ScaleQ database and serves a record for transactions made. Our custom made remote ticket printer provides transaction tickets and receipts to drivers without requiring them to leave their vehicle.

Take advantage of the immediate benefits you'll experience with Interface Logic Systems' automated scale ticketing systems.

Frederick,

Thank you for your interest, The easiest way for the Driver, is to pre-populate that truck with the material they are to be using. With that being said there are many ways we can incorporate program functionality to ensure the correct product is being selected.

Thank You

Hi, How do you know what material gets loaded by the loader operator? Perhaps the driver enters what he wants, but how does that get securely transmitted to the loader operator so he only loads what the driver is paying for? What’s the missing link?
Thank you
