The message view is a library of standard messages. 

Standard messages can be assigned to specific customer or job records and printed on tickets. These may be as simple as "Thanks for your business" or "Drive safely." Message may include "boilerplate" text required by County or State Departments of Transportation or other contractual requirements. The message could indicate compliance with National Council of Weights and Measures standards. For a job, the message could have site.
