ILS provides online, phone and on-site
support for its customers to resolve issues,
report software and hardware faults, and
suggest enhancements for ILS products and
services.
The 24x7 automated
Online Support Center
tracks calls and the service provided as
well as any outstanding issues. Registered
customers can use site to file tickets
directly to support engineers. After logging
in, a ticket is created in three simple
steps. The customer is able to log in later
to follow the ticket’s status as it is
resolved.
